ONLINE PRESCRIPTION SERVICE
Our repeat prescription service changed on 01/09/21.
In order to continue to access repeat prescription ordering online you will need to re-register with the new service.
If you have already registered for the new system you can click the link below to place an order with the new system. If you havent registered yet scroll down for information on how to do this.
How to Register:
All patients will be asked to register for the service by completing a registration form. Once completed the form can be posted in the box at the main entrance to the practice. Alternatively, if you have the facility to scan and email the form this can be emailed to Photos.TMP@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
Once the form is completed, signed and returned to the practice, we will send you an activation letter by email. Once your registration has been activated you will be able to order your repeat prescriptions at www.patient-services.co.uk . The practice has a dedicated member of the team to help with this transitional process. If you have any issues please contact us and we can arrange for them to give you a call.
Please scroll down for a more information or click the button below to download the registration form. Unfortunately due to a requirement for a physical signature we are not able to offer this form online. Paper copies of this form are avilable at reception.
