Our repeat prescription service changed on 01/09/21. 

In order to continue to access repeat prescription ordering online you will need to re-register with the new service.

 If you have already registered for the new system you can click the link below to place an order with the new system.  If you havent registered yet scroll down for information on how to do this.


How to Register:

All patients will be asked to register for the service by completing a registration form.   Once completed the form can be posted in the box at the main entrance to the practice.  Alternatively, if you have the facility to scan and email the form this can be emailed to

Once the form is completed, signed and returned to the practice, we will send you an activation letter by email.  Once your registration has been activated you will be able to order your repeat prescriptions at  .  The practice has a dedicated member of the team to help with this transitional process.  If you have any issues please contact us and we can arrange for them to give you a call.

Can I still order using the old system?

Yes but this will stop on 31/7/22.   Click here to access the old system.

Can I still order at the surgery?

Yes.  Requests for prescriptions can also be posted in the box at the main door at the surgery.

Can I still order at the pharmacy?

Yes.  Some pharmacies offer an ordering service on behalf of patients.  This change will not affect any existing arrnagements.
