We aim to provide high quality personal care to our patients through positive supportive teamwork.

We would be very pleased to receive any suggestions or feedback which you feel would improve our service. Patient feedback forms and a suggestion box are available in the waiting area.

We are happy to respond to comments and suggestions so please supply your name and address on the form and also advise if you would like us to respond directly to you.


Complaints Procedure

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.  Our system meets national criteria.
