We’re improving how we manage your health reviews and recalls.

Our main contact method will be email, so please ensure that we have your current email address.  You can do that online here.  On occasion, we may also use SMS or automated phone calls to reach you, depending on your contact preferences.

You may receive recall invitations for:

  • Medication reviews (e.g. pill checks, HRT)
  • Long-term condition reviews
  • Blood tests, Blood pressure checks and other routine assessments

Each invitation will include a personalised link to your online review. You can complete it at your convenience and book any necessary follow-up appointments directly.

This new system helps us meet NHS requirements, reduce waiting times and admin and improve access and convenience for you.
