Ordering a repeat prescription
All requests can be made by by our secure online requesting system, or we have a post box at the front of the building for any paper requests to be posted into.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. The doctor may also issue a prescription but ask reception to contact you to request that you make an appointment for review prior to requesting any further supplies of the medication.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment at that time to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Prescription requests will take a minimum of 5 working days to be processed by the practice, sent to the Pharmacy and made up. Please order in plenty of time to avoid running out.
