BREAKING NEWS: High Priority
GP practice IT systems are not working all across Lothian. This means access to notes, printing prescriptions, seeing or dealing with results are all impossible.
There have been a few short periods where systems have come back online only to go off again. This makes it impossible to undertake most routine tasks in the surgery.
NHS Lothian is aware and working on the issue. The issue affects all of Lothian (all Scotland perhaps).
We will share more information when it is available.
Update: 2:20. The IT system seems to be up and running again but we are dealing with a huge backlog of work from the morning which we will try to get to asap - thank you
