******Resolved******  The IT systems are now back up and running although is a bit tempremental and slow 

There is a Lothian wide IT failure affecting all GP practices this afternoon.

We do not have access to the system used by all GP's across Lothian.  This means we cannot access your full notes, make appointments, issue repeat prescriptions, etc..

There is no indication at the present time when this will be resolved but we will keep you posted.

For those with an appointment already booked for this afternoon please come as usual although we may not be able to do certain tasks if the IT system has not been restored.  For anyone with a medical emergency please contact the practice as usual and we will do our best to work around the IT issues.  If you have a routine issue or want to book an appointment please check back and call once this issue is resolved.
