Submit a Photo
If after discussion with your GP, you are asked to email photographs to the practice, these can be sent via the e-mail link below. Please do not use this link unless asked to do so.
Upon receipt, your photos will be saved and stored in your medical records by a member of our admin team. The photos will then be passed to your clinician for review. The email containing your photographs will then be deleted.
By emailing photographs to the practice we will assume that you are giving consent to the processing and storage of these photographs. Do not forget to delete the files from your own device, unless you wish to keep them for your own reference.
