The practice will shortly be starting to use a new service called Medlink to help review some patients with long term conditions.

Medlink is a secure online system that communicates directly with the practice and enables patients to complete some reviews remotely via an online questionnaire.  The practice will review the results to determine what follow up is needed and patients can then book blood tests and in person review appointments online.

Not everyone will be able to, or wish to, use online services but for others it should offer more convenience.  There is no requirement to use it if you dont want to but we hope it will be a really helpful option for those who do.  You can find out more information here.

As a new service this will be starting slowly and there is nothing you need to do apart from keeping your contact details (phone and email address) up to date.  You can do that online here.
