At times our practice pharmacist may contact you to discuss issues with your medications.  Most often this will be when we need to makes changes to the brand or form of your medications.  Sometimes this is due to problems with medication supply and sometimes it might be because the same medication is cheaper (but the same medicine) from a different manufacurer.  Pharmacists also do polypharmacy (being on multiple medications) reviews when able.  Here is a link for more information about polypharmacy reviews.

This page will list some of the current medications being switched.  If we are making any changes which will affect you then you will be contacted by the practice and given a link to read the relevant information.  If you have any queries please contact the practice Pharmacist through reception.
